Service Description

Need your podcast edited and/or mixed, We got you covered! PLEASE READ ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS BELOW. If you are choosing not to be present during editing & mixing process, please send all audio files to brooklynpodcasting@gmail.com (preferably via dropbox or wetransfer) 1. Podcast will be edited and or mixed at a rate of $60.00/hr. 2. Client can request an estimate for how long service will take. WE ASK THAT YOU PROVIDE AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE ON WHAT YOU WANT EDITED, TIME STAMPS AND DESCRIPTIONS OF WHAT YOU WANT ADDED OR REMOVED ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED AND SAVE US TIME AND YOU MONEY ***Your estimate is not the final price. Service could take long than provided estimate. However, we will absolutely do our best not to exceed the time and cost of your estimate**** 3. Client does not need to be physically present during editing or mixing session. If you want something edited/mixed that was not recorded on the premises you can send audio files to brooklynpodcasting@gmail.com (preferably via dropbox or wetransfer) 4. Payment is to be made before receiving files. An invoice will be sent when the job is completed and files are ready to be sent 5. Refunds are only given in the even that files are not delivered 6. Customer may request revisions one time, at no additional cost as long as they do not exceed 1 hour worth of work. If the revisions exceed 1 hour the normal hourly rate of $60/hr. will apply for additional time to complete REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IN THE EVENT THAT BROOKLYN PODCASTING STUDIO CANCELS THE SESSION OR DEEMS THAT THE PROPER SERVICES WERE NOT DELIVERED OR WERE UNSATISFACTORY. FOR RESCHEDULES WE MUST HAVE AT LEAST A 48 HOUR NOTICE TO BE RESCHEDULED WITHOUT ANY FEE. SESSIONS CAN BE RESCHEDULED ONE TIME AT NO COST AS LONG AS IT IS 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. YOU MAY STILL REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SESSION IF WE ARE GIVEN LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE TIME BUT ONLY IF WE HAVE AVAILABILITY AND A $45 RESCHEDULE FEE WILL BE APPLIED. LASTLY, SESSIONS CAN ONLY BE RESCHEDULED 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SESSION DATE.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made within 48hrs. of when payment is received. After 48hrs. sessions are non-refundable. Sessions can be rescheduled one-time at no cost if at least 48 hrs notice prior to the booking date is given. If at least 48 hrs notice is not given a $50 reschedule fee may be assessed. Sessions may only be rescheduled one time.
